Ages 5-8
In this Program we strive to instill a love of the game at an early age. Focus will be placed on individual player development. We will include exercises to help develop motor skills and skill-related components of physical fitness including: agility, balance, coordination and reaction time. Our goal is to help build confidence on the ball by incorporating technical exercises to include: dribbling, ball mastery, first touch, passing and shooting. Small sided games will be used to maximize touches and to encourage creativity on the ball (1v1s, 2v1s, 3 v 2s.)

Open to boys and girls. No tryouts required.
Commitment
Training will be held twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays in the Fall/Winter/Spring. Training will be held once per week in the Summer. Each lesson will be 1 hour long.
2025-2026 Season
Fall: 8 weeks (begins in September)
Winter: 8 weeks (begins in January- indoors)
Spring: 8 weeks (begins in April)
Summer: 6 weeks (once per week)
(practice schedules will be posted at least 1 week prior to the start date)
