How do you hope to inspire your players?

I hope to inspire my players by providing a positive and safe environment for them to develop as a complete player through training sessions that build their confidence while nurturing creativity. I believe that working together, and supporting each other on the field will lend to personal development off the field. I hope to inspire them to push themselves in a competitive environment, while complimenting their efforts so that their love of the beautiful game continues to grow.
