Why did you choose to become a coach?
I love soccer coaching because I have always liked to pass to the young players, the joy for the “beautiful game “ and to teach them the skills to succeed in soccer and eventually in their lives .
In coaching young boys and girls, my goals are two-fold :
- To teach the players, of this TEAM sport, how to improve their technical, tactical skills, and to improve their perseverance and determination in reaching their soccer goals.
- To teach the players to become better person in their lives, to be more respectful of others, and to be more resilient when the difficult times come.
