Why did you choose to become a coach?

I love soccer coaching because I have always liked to pass to the young players, the joy for the “beautiful game “ and to teach them the skills to succeed in soccer and eventually in their lives .

In coaching young boys and girls, my goals are two-fold :

  1. To teach the players, of this TEAM sport, how to improve their technical, tactical skills, and to improve their perseverance and determination in reaching their soccer goals.
  2. To teach the players to become better person in their lives, to be more respectful of others, and to be more resilient when the difficult times come.
