Excited to be a part of a club with such a great culture. More specifically, training young players beyond just the technical and tactical side, and putting emphasis on the mental side of the game which is so important, especially as a player finds themselves in more competitive, demanding environments.
I hope that I can inspire players to set ambitious goals early on in their career and empower them to reach those goals. Being able to identify an outcome that you want and lay down steps to get there is a fundamental skill that can be applied to anything you want to achieve. My own dedication to the sport has allowed me to grow
throughout the many ups-and-downs that come with such a demanding sport. I hope to inspire my players that they are capable of overcoming obstacles as long as they take responsibility for things they can control. Additionally, I want to instill a sense of gratitude and presence that should be brought to every training and match in order to stay grounded and appreciate every opportunity they have to play the game.
