What attracted you to coach at Juventus Academy DC Metro?
The culture is what attracted me most to Juventus Academy DC Metro. I wanted to be part of a club with strong values and a genuine sense of community, where coaches and players support each other both on and off the field.
Why did you choose to become a coach?
Coaching looked like a lot of fun, and I've always enjoyed helping kids grow and improve.
What do you enjoy about coaching?
What I enjoy most is building long-lasting connections with my players. Watching them grow as people and athletes over the years, and staying part of their journey even after they move on, is what makes coaching so rewarding.
How do you hope to inspire your players?
I hope to inspire my players to become responsible, resilient, and respectful people, both on and off the field.
