What attracted you to coach at Juventus Academy DC Metro?
I was attracted to Juventus Academy DC Metro because of the club's strong reputation and focus on player development. I've been around soccer for most of my life, and I wanted an opportunity to get into coaching and help younger players grow both individually and as a team. I also like the standards and culture Juventus brings to the game, and I'm excited to be part of that environment.
How do you hope to inspire your players?
I hope to inspire my players by giving them the tools and confidence to express themselves on the pitch. I want to encourage creativity and help each player develop their own style while still learning how to play and grow as a team.
